Bal Labs Hearing Center does more than provide hearing aids. We guide your brain through a structured, multi stage treatment process that helps it relearn and reconnect with the world of sound. What We're Looking For: We're seeking an exceptional Part-Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. - Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred but not mandatory
- Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
- Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
- Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
- Base Salary: $50-$60/hour plus commission potential
