We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in New Bern, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission:

As a Outpatient Therapist on the team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You'll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You'll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups , fostering connection and growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: up to $60,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $70,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time exempt position.

What We're Looking For:

• Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Education: A Master's degree and mental health licensure are required.
  • LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A);
    • Dual licensure preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
