Conducting thorough mental health assessment Developing and implementing individualized care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain accurate patient records Providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to patients Qualifications and Requirements for Behavioral Therapist: Registered Nurse with a valid Maryland license Certification by a nationally recognized board Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
