Construction Site Supervisor - BAS & Controls

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily BAS and controls installation work. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating phased installations, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with security and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise BAS and controls installation crews and subcontractors Coordinate daily work plans, shutdowns, and access windows Enforce OSHA, site safety, and project security requirements Monitor productivity, quality, and installation sequencing Communicate daily progress, manpower needs, and field issues to the Project Manager Support inspections, punch lists, startup, and commissioning Required Qualifications 5+ years supervising BAS, controls, electrical, or mechanical installations Experience working in live facilities or secure environments Strong field leadership and coordination skills Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and off-hours Ability to obtain and maintain project badging/security clearance Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Retirement, Short/Long term disability and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunstall Inc.
