Welding Shop Lead - Aerospace Fabrication
BLUE ORIGIN
Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead the welding shop in the Enterprise Fabrication division. You will oversee fabrication, planning, and production for complex aerospace hardware, ensuring quality and safety while coordinating with engineering and production teams. In this role you will drive transitions from development to full-rate production, manage staffing and training, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput. #J-18808-Ljbffr BLUE ORIGIN
