• Employment Status: Full-time, with outpatient-only on-call duties at a ratio of 1 in 4

Our organization is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join a well-established and expanding practice in Bradford, PA . This role offers access to a comprehensive specialty network through Great Lakes Physician Practice/UPMC Chautauqua and UPMC Hamot. Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligibility for American Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification required
