Business Office ManagerWe are seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive with a strong ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial operations and optimal revenue cycle performance.This role is critical to driving cash collections, reducing accounts receivable aging, and ensuring overall financial accuracy and compliance. The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. Key responsibilities include managing census, daily deposits and cash posting, private pay collections, resident trust accounts, and Medicaid eligibility processes.
