Complimentary manager meals and meal discounts What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager Deliver “Sub Above” Service: You’ll bring main character energy to lead the team and wow the guest. Be quick with a friendly welcome, great at banter, and take pride in making sure every person who walks in leaves happier than when they arrived. Own the Shift: You handle the details from start to finish. You’re on top of food safety, speed, and accuracy on the line, but you’re also trusted with the behind-the-scenes work—keeping cash secure and making sure all the shift checklists are complete. Keep it Spotless: You own the presentation of the store. You set the standard for a spotless environment and fresh uniforms, making sure you and your team always show up ready to impress. Coach the Team: You love seeing your team succeed. You’ll support and train the crew, making sure everyone has the skills and confidence to deliver a true \"Sub Above\" experience. Set the Standard: You keep operations running smoothly by making sure the whole crew understands and follows our company guidelines and operational policies.
