School Registered Nurse (RN) – Fall 2026 School Year

?? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

?? Pay Rate: $40 per hour

?? Start Date: Fall 2026 (full school year)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable School Registered Nurse (RN) to support student health and wellness in a Beloit school for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and first aid

• Manage and maintain student health records in compliance with regulations

• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency care plans

• Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers

• Promote health education and preventative care within the school community

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Previous pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
