Senior Accountant

Senior Level Accountant Company seeking a Senior Level Accountant to join a leading team. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for multiple companies. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and other account reconciliations for multiple companies. Review and ensure accurate bi‑weekly timesheets and payroll processing, maintain employee PTO records, personnel files, assist with unemployment claim and wage garnishments, and other related tasks. Maintain vendors and subcontractors W‑9s, COIs for G.L. & W.C. insurance and prepare annual 1099s. Support external audits (G.L. & W.C.), including preparing documentation. Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flow statements). Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data. Supervise colleagues and provide guidance and training. Assist with tax preparation and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts, and monitor budget performance. Perform variance analyses and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Similar. 3+ years of public accounting experience. Experience in construction‑related field is a plus but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Highly organized with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to meet deadlines. To be considered, please apply with a resume.
