Quality Manager Position

Ready to lead a top quality department? Twin City Staffing is hiring a quality manager for a premier facility in Blaine! Enjoy a four-day workweek, profit sharing, and exceptional direct hire benefits. If you have advanced GD&T skills, apply today! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $95,000 $110,000/yr. (Depending on experience) Hours: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM | Monday Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays) Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the quality manager:

Manage incoming, set-up, in-process, and final inspections
Program and complete CMM and First Article Inspections (FAI)
Lead change management, MRB programs, and cost reduction
Maintain detailed shipment documentation and lot traceability
Monitor process capability and manage SPC charts

Requirements of the quality manager:

4-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience
Advanced GD&T and mechanical print reading skills
Experience working in ISO9001, AS9102, or similar setups
Skill in performing and interpreting GR&R studies
