Social Media Manager - Remote Contract

This role is ideal for a creative and organized social media manager passionate about the beauty industry. You will be responsible for elevating the online presence of a beauty-focused brand by developing and executing engaging content strategies across Instagram and TikTok. The position requires a keen eye for beauty trends, strong content planning skills, and the ability to drive audience growth through innovative social media campaigns. Deliverables Develop and maintain monthly content calendars tailored to beauty audiences Plan, script, and coordinate the production of Reels and short‑form videos Research and incorporate current beauty trends into content strategy Write compelling captions and schedule posts for optimal engagement Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments and messages Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular analytics reports Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing initiatives Requirements Proven experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and social media growth in the beauty sector Proficiency with video editing tools and social media scheduling platforms Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Ability to identify and leverage emerging beauty trends Experience with influencer outreach and campaign management Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Availability for part‑time, contract‑based work; remote candidates welcome About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
