Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a Product Owner. This individual will work with product and operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements. The role involves collaborating with other applications to understand data mapping functionally and requires a specific start date due to business needs. This is a hybrid position with a requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product and operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other applications, such as TRADS, to understand data mapping from a functional perspective.
• Engage in analysis, requirement gathering, elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Break down requirements into user stories for development teams.
• Communicate project statuses and risks to stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to understand Treasury data requirements.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Agile tools, specifically Jira.
• Knowledge of MySQL.
• Familiarity with Data Scientist concepts.

Experience:

• Strong business knowledge of payments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• A good understanding of key Treasury products, including Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management.
