Job Details

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active state bar admission or similar plus:

• 3+ Years of Labor & Employment Litigation experience
• Strong management-side employment litigation experience, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and/or wage-and-hour claims
• Hands-on litigation experience including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
