Supervisor

Providing oversight for provider enrollment and contracting functions, the full-time remote North Carolina Supervisor of Contracts will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support staff development while collaborating with internal departments. Key responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the Enrollment and Contracting teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all requirements Conduct quality audits and monitor enrollment requests to ensure compliance with internal policies Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated concerns related to contracts and enrollment status Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Sociology, Business, Public Administration, or a related field Four years of experience in community, business, or governmental programs in health-related fields Preferred supervisory experience in consultative or administrative functions Prior experience in Managed Care setting, Provider Relations, or Provider Contracting is preferred General knowledge of Provider Enrollment and Contract requirements
