Small Office

In-Person 4 to 5 days a week, some flexibility.

20 to 30 hours a week.

General office duties:

  • Business correspondence
  • Report creation
  • Office equipment operation
  • Filing best practices
  • Organizing and maintaining office supplies
  • Utilize accounting software to assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Acting as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.

Potential for growth for the right candidate.

Strong computer skills necessary.
