Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to both inpatients and outpatients at our critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in evaluating and executing treatment plans and therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Document all patient care activities according to hospital policies.
Maintain proper communication with patients, families, and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current status.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
