Job Description

We are seeking a quality Senior ASP.NET C# developer that is local and ready to work at our Palm Beach Gardens office. The Senior Software Developer will be responsible to develop code and .NET solutions for our business. In this role, you will be required to design, write, and maintain C# coding for our future and ongoing projects. You will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.

To ensure success you must have an excellent grasp of C# and the .NET framework, prolific coding abilities, and be able to problem-solve on a daily basis. Must be able to perform full-stack development (front end and back end) as well as handle the creation, maintenance, and further development of .NET web applications and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions

• Work with Project Manager or Product Owner to meet specification needs

• Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency

• Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code

• Document all programming tasks and procedures

• Perform routine software maintenance

• Provide technical leadership while responsible for development and implementation of standards to deliver high quality software.

• Innovate software development processes and end-user products with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and/or business growth opportunities

• Work with a team to develop and implement various web-based software applications

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the software development space using Microsoft’s platform, ideally with API development

• .NET developer with full stack skills (front end and back end)

• Extensive experience coding in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, SQL

• Knowledge of MVC, Java, Jquery, Bootstrap, Azure Devops

• Familiarity with relational SQL Server databases, SQL Server Management Studio and SSRS

• Deadline and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members

• Familiarity with the software development life cycle

• Familiarity AWS Cloud environments is a plus

• Experience working in government contracting environments is a plus.

• Ability to be a self-starter and work on projects with minimal management oversight.
