Facilities Manager

yHounen Solar America is seeking an experienced Facilities Manage r to oversee the operation, maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility's infrastructure and utility systems. This position will manage facility operations, contractors, utility systems, regulatory compliance, and government-related matters to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations .Key Responsibiliti esFacility Operatio nsManage daily operations of the facility and utility systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, chillers, cooling systems, water systems, and other plant infrastructur e.Ensure facility equipment operates safely and reliably with minimal downtim e.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility system s.Regulatory Complian ceEnsure compliance with OSHA, NEC, EPA, local building codes, and applicable federal, state, and local regulation s.Coordinate facility inspections, permits, and regulatory requirement s.Maintain relationships with local authorities, utility providers, and regulatory agencie s.Project Manageme ntSupport facility construction, expansion, equipment installation, and commissioning project s.Manage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budge ntDevelop and manage facility operating budget s.Oversee service contracts, preventive maintenance agreements, and contractor performanc e.Leadersh ipLead and develop the Facilities tea m.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operation s.Required Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experienc e).5+ years of facilities or industrial maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environme nt.Experience managing facility utility systems and building infrastructu re.Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and industrial safety regulatio ns.Experience managing contractors, vendors, and capital projec ts.Excellent communication and leadership skil ls.Legally authorized to work in the United Stat es.Preferred Qualificat ionsExperience in solar, semiconductor, battery, automotive, or other advanced manufacturing industr ies.Experience with greenfield/start-up manufacturing facilit ies.Experience working with local governments, utility companies, and regulatory agenc ies.Knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance syst ems.PMP, IFMA FMP/CFM, or similar certifications are a p #J-18808-Ljbffr Hounen Solar America Inc.
