Maintenance Technician (US)

Industrial Maintenance Technician - Beech Grove, IN
Shift; 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + On-Call Weekend Rotation
Pay Rate: $26-$32/hour based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Beech Grove! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Repair and maintain mechanical drive systems including V-belts and chain drives
• Perform fabrication and basic welding tasks
• Install and maintain material handling systems
• Operate hoists, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools
• Respond to equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase motor circuits
• Basic welding, fabrication, and layout skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
