About the Role DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Safety team. This dedicated group is entrusted with providing both external DoorDash customers and internal users through a comprehensive catalog of Trust and Safety measures, focusing on safety incident prevention, incident response and support, and beyond. We firmly believe that innovations on Trust and Safety measures lead to an enhanced customer experience, which drives growth and success for all parties on the platform. As the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to propel the group forward. Leveraging latest technological advancements, including Gen AI, you will lead the development of best-in-class Trust and Safety experience on one of the largest gig platforms in the world. Compensation in other geographies may vary. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
