Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities for a multifamily project
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a well organized jobsite
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material logistics
- Track schedule milestones and resolve field issues quickly
- Maintain accurate daily reports, punch lists, and as‑built records
The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on multifamily projects
- Proven delivery of ground-up residential construction
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, safety programs, and site logistics
- Ability to lead diverse trade partners and site teams
- Comfortable using scheduling and field management software
