Job Description

* Lead daily on-site operations for a large-scale K-12 project

* Manage schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and inspections

* Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times

* Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, owner, and design team

* Drive progress, resolve issues quickly, and deliver on schedule

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects

* K-12 or education project experience is a MUST

* Proven ability to run complex job sites independently

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Based in or willing to commute to Columbus, OH
