Job Description

* Direct all on-site construction activities from mobilisation to close-out

* Run daily huddles, pull planning, and coordination meetings

* Lead field engineers and trade partners across shared campus work

* Coordinate closely with owners, designers, and safety teams

* Manage schedule impacts, changes, quality, and site risk

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 4+ years' experience as a Superintendent or equivalent

* Background in data centres, industrial, or complex commercial builds

* Strong MEP and electrical coordination capability

* Clear, decisive communicator in fast-paced environments

* Safety-driven leader who builds trust on site
