Job Description

* Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish

* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site logistics

* Enforce safety standards, quality control, and clean job sites

* Maintain schedules and collaborate closely with project management

* Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and partners

The Successful Applicant

* 5 years minimum of superintendent experience in commercial construction

* Experience with light industrial or similar project types

* Professional, client-facing communication style

* Strong leadership across multiple trades and scopes

* Consistent record of safe, on-schedule project delivery
