Job Description

* Lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up retail and restaurant projects

* Manage subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing to maintain schedule

* Enforce safety standards and site logistics across all phases of work

* Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design partners

* Drive quality control through punch, close-out, and handover

The Successful Applicant

* 7-12 years of superintendent experience on ground-up projects

* Proven background in retail and restaurant construction

* Strong knowledge of concrete, structural, and interior build-outs

* Ability to manage fast-track schedules and multiple trades

* Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style
