Job Description

• Lead day-to-day site operations for commercial and multifamily projects
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality on active sites
• Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Oversee podium, concrete, wood-frame, and metal-frame construction
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 7-15 years of superintendent experience on large-scale projects
• Background in multifamily and/or general commercial construction
• Experience with urban sites and podium-style construction preferred
• Stable career history with progression at 1-2 firms
• Strong communicator with a client-facing, collaborative style
