Gateway Office Operations Agent

Our client, a leader in logistics and operations support, is seeking a Gateway Office Operations Agent to join their team. As a Gateway Office Operations Agent, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Gateway Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gateway Office Operations Agent

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Prepare packing supplies for clients and handle live shipments returning to the office for export

• Review and understand temperature handling instructions to ensure product quality

• Follow interdepartmental instructions and coordinate with foreign offices for packing and replenishments

• Complete daily reports using internal systems and update Excel spreadsheets

• Monitor shipments on hold, verify paperwork, and secure cargo space via booking systems

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

• Less than one year of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics or cold chain handling

• Ability to read and understand English for paperwork and instructions

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks
