Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Ohio
• Pediatric experience, preferably in a school-based role
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• CFs with strong pediatric backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs in speech, language, voice, and fluency
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each child’s strengths and challenges
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students, both individually and in groups, per weekly scheduling
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining thorough and timely records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Consult and collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other service providers
