Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Ohio SLP licensure.
• Prior experience in a pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school setting.
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and parent communication.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing varying caseloads and adapting interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
