• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement equipment improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in mechanics preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
