Fleet Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

Use scanners and computer diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gas and diesel engines

Repair and maintain pumps and pump systems

Repair and maintain hydraulic systems and hydraulic brakes

Repair and maintain air brake systems

Perform air conditioning repairs

Perform Arc and MIG welding

Complete other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver's license required; Chauffeur's license needed (CDL is a plus)

Comfortable using scanners and computer diagnostic tools

Cummins Insite experience is a plus

Experience with small engine repair

Able to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the workday

Someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and thrives in a constantly challenging, stimulating environment

An ideal candidate is someone who can effectively apply prior knowledge and who is committed to ongoing learning and development

Physical Demands

Regular bending, lifting, twisting, and standing

Ability to work in a shop or outdoor environment
