Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Director Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Director is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, machining, maintenance, and quality. This role is pivotal in driving safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams. The Manufacturing Engineering Director works closely with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

• Lead all manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, machining, maintenance, and quality.
• Drive safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery across the manufacturing process.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Ensure consistent fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Expertise in manufacturing engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in fabrication and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with tracking and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in process engineering and engineering management.

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations and people leadership.
• Hands-on experience working in a welding/fabrication manufacturing environment.

The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment that prioritizes safety and quality. The successful candidate will be familiar with using various technologies and equipment, focusing on improving productivity and efficiency. The work schedule and attire will be aligned with industry standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tallmadge, OH.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

Will share during Interview Process.

This is a fully onsite position in Tallmadge,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 5, 2026.
