In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our range of vehicles, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. You will be a key contributor to our sales team by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets that drive the dealership's success.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assess customers’ needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services
Conduct product presentations and test drives
Negotiate sales terms and complete sales contracts in compliance with company policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficient with computers and sales software
