Travel Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Traveling Physical Therapist in Shelbyville, KY . This is a traveling position.

Pay: $55.00 - $59.00 per hour based on experience

Type: Three-month contract

Schedule: 32 hours per week guaranteed, 8:00AM – 4:30PM M-F

Notes: This position will cover Shelby county, eastern Jefferson county, Spencer county

Primary Responsibilities:

· OASIS Assessments for Home Health patients

· Development of plan of care

· Physical therapy treatment in patients home

· Supervision of physical therapy assistants

· Electronic charting

Q ualifications:

· Physical Therapist License in KY

· Home Health and OASIS experience required

· Current CPR certification

· Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

· Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
