The Mid-Level Supervisor for the School-based Services program provides direct oversight of client(student) program implementation, supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with teachers and school administration. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, leadership initiative, and a commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Note: All mid-level case supervision will be completed in person at assigned school locations.

Work Expectations: This full-time position averages 35 hours per week . Employees are expected to manage their school-day schedule to include supervision, training, and documentation, with the remaining time for meetings, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with conducting skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs); contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and model behavior intervention and skill-acquisition procedures at school sites
• Review student data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to the supervising BCBA.
• Monitor treatment integrity and ensure services are implemented according to approved plans.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, objective, and consistent with ethical, legal, district and funding-source standards.
• Collaborate professionally with teachers, school administrators, district personnel, caregivers, and EBC clinical staff.
• Participate in case reviews, staff development, and clinical quality-improvement projects.
• Travel between assigned school sites and provide all case supervision in person.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience providing behavior-analytic services; school-based experience.

Education:

• Currently enrolled in or working toward undergraduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, child development, or a related field preferred

• Proficiency with GoogleWorkspace and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and function-based behavioral support.
• Previous experience mentoring, training, or providing performance feedback to staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is determined by our fixed salary structure that considers years of experience, education and certification
• Medical Insurance: EBC pays 70% of the employee-only premium (employee responsible for the remaining share).
• Dental & Vision Insurance: EBC pays 100% of the employee-only premium.
• Benefits Eligibility: Medical, dental, and vision contributions as stated above begin after 90 days of employment (upon eligibility).
