Technical Operations Manager

Responsible for managing the Infrastructure Service Request intake and prioritization process within JIRA, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee triage, scheduling, and communication of infrastructure-related work while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of infrastructure requests, ensuring timely communication and adherence to SLAs Lead a team of Cloud Platform Engineers, focusing on coaching, performance management, and career development Manage operational processes related to maintenance windows, patching, and security updates while driving efficiency and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related technical operational roles Demonstrated experience managing technical work intake processes using JIRA or similar tools Strong understanding of change-management frameworks and operational governance best practices Expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes environments Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
