The final goal of the program is permanent placement within your area of focus. Through this program you will gain the knowledge and skills to provide enterprise-level solutions within a regulated financial-services environment.This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities:Build AI-powered automations that orchestrate large language models to classify, extract, summarize, and route information within business processesConfigure intelligent document processing solutions combining optical character recognition (OCR) and AI-based extraction (e.g., Base64.ai) to automate the capture of information from documentsEngineer and iterate on prompts for reliable results, and evaluate AI output for accuracy, edge cases, and the difference between logical success and correct business outcomesCreate robust customer experiences within low-code platforms (n8n, Retool)Design, develop, and maintain applications/solutions on low-code platforms, including custom validation rules and integrations to a variety of platformsIntegrate across systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API keys) to platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365Work within document management systems to enhance storage and access of digital contentPractice sound engineering discipline: version control (Git / Azure DevOps), testing and validation, error handling, logging, and documentationAnalyze code for problem resolution and enhancementsDevelop and test technology solutions to improve business processesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within various software platformsUtilize available business tools and analyze current methods to determine efficiency gaps and areas for enhancementAssist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new solutionsWork with data retrieval and transformation from various data sources in SQL, Excel, etc.Operate within CoE governance, change-management, and data-handling requirements (e.g., GLBA), using approved tooling only for sensitive dataPerform any additional duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline1+ year working in an office environment, internships, or related experience preferredCustomer Obsession: "Good enough" isn't good enough for you.
