Account & Sales Associate
AMW
We’re looking for a motivated person to help drive business growth while managing client relationships and coordinating ongoing projects. This is a sales and account associate role that combines new business development, client success, project coordination, and technology.
### Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospective clients.
* Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultation meetings.
* Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and assist in closing new business.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their engagement.
* Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams.
* Lead onboarding and help clients successfully adopt company platforms and services.
* Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client documentation.
* Test new platform features, report bugs, validate updates, and provide usability feedback.
* Collaborate with marketing, development, and leadership to improve client experience and business processes.
* Utilize AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
### Qualifications
* Experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or project management.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Confident speaking with executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
* Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and client accounts simultaneously.
* Comfortable learning new software platforms and business technologies.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and SaaS is a plus.
* Experience with software testing or QA is beneficial but not required.
