Description

The candidate will be working on the production line for their new ramp up. They will be assembling material and operating machines. Once they lift them off the line, its put into a box to be shipped out. So before they get put in the box, the part has to be inspected. They also may be assembling the component. After the line is attached, they place them in a box. this is a little easier area but everyone rotates to the positions the like.

• Operate production line equipment and machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Assemble components and materials on the production line, ensuring all parts are correctly attached and properly aligned.
• Lift finished parts off the production line and place them into boxes for shipment, following packaging and labeling requirements.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of parts before placing them into boxes, identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, dents, or other quality issues.
• Handle and move components, including lifting plastic and foam parts such as automotive hoods, and positioning them next to the workstation.
• Rotate through different positions on the production line as needed, contributing to multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow quality control procedures and report any defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent output.
• Adhere to all production schedules, including mandatory overtime and extended shifts when required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
