Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift Hours/Week: Flexible based on clinic and surgical needs Employment Type: Full-Time Physician License/Certs: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado Experience: Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive annual salary: $458,000 – $508,000 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice insurance Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer match, 457(b) option Generous CME allowance for professional development Paid sick time, paid family and medical leave Relocation package (if eligible) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient clinics and surgical settings Diagnose and manage conditions of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures at hospital and outpatient surgery center Develop and expand your patient panel in response to regional demand Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care Participate in shared emergency call coverage (1:5 rotation) Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination Conduct surgical procedures in a Level III Trauma Center Engage in ongoing communication with healthcare providers across the system What You Need Required: Medical license or eligibility in Colorado Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology Preferred: Experience in outpatient and surgical ENT care Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, dedicated to delivering high-quality ENT care to a community with substantial unmet demand.
