• 24-hour call shifts -- avg 9 - 10 hrs in-house, remainder on call from hotel
• Level II NICU ADC of 4; well baby nursery ADC of 11
• Level II NICU and well baby nursery setting
• Call back required for emergencies or high-risk deliveries
• Circumcisions performed
• NRP certification required
