Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience . Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Oversee daily operations across 16 hotel properties, ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations. Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service. Guide hiring, training, and development efforts to equip our team with the skills needed for exceptional service. Implement actionable strategies that align with our principles and resonate with both guests and team members. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaborate with industry leaders to integrate best practices and cutting‑edge technology into our operations. Qualifications Possibly you are currently holding a position of Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Manager, or a department leader in a hotel. This would be a good start to evaluating your experiences that would relate to the position of Operations manager. Some knowledge of Food and Beverage would be helpful since the hotel has a limited bar set up. The hotel also provides a small menu of food offerings as well. Experience in leading and managing teams, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences is important. Some knowledge of Property Management systems would be helpful. The hotel uses Opera Cloud, but any experience on a hotel platform would be helpful. Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive excellence and innovation. Proven track record of analyzing performance metrics to meet and exceed industry standards. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with department heads and streamline processes. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth.
