Shift Options:

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends

Compensation Notes:

• $32 - $43.25 /hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable
• Relocation Assistance Available

Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:

• Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve repair/replacement), including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing critical interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year of hospital experience
