Senior Project Manager – R&D / Medical Device

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Consumables R&D organization across Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management business units. This role will manage complex cross-functional projects in an FDA-regulated environment and partner with teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project documentation

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites

• Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Support design control activities and manufacturing processes

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 4+ years of Project Management experience

• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment

• Knowledge of project management methodologies

• Familiarity with design controls and manufacturing processes

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint

Preferred:

• Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience

• PMP certification is a plus
