With decades of experience spanning land acquisition, development, construction, and asset management, the company takes a hands-on approach to every phase of the project lifecycle. This fully integrated model allows for greater control over quality, schedule, and overall project success.
The Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting the construction team on ground-up multifamily developments. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within a developer-builder environment and gain exposure to both the development and construction sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure timely review and distribution
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
Support project managers and superintendents with daily construction operations
Monitor project budgets, logs, and reporting tools
Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
Help ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2++ years of experience in construction or real estate development (multifamily preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
