Finance Manager - Tech Opportunities

DescriptionOne of Kforce's greatest financial services clients in Boston, MA is in search of a Finance Manager - Tech Opportunities. This role is hybrid, 3 days a week, in office.Key Responsibilities:* Review fund performance, capital activity, and investor reporting* Oversee financial reporting, valuations, and fund administration activities* Coordinate annual audits and support external service providers* Monitor cash activity, liquidity, and fund transactions* Analyze portfolio company performance and support periodic reviews* Assist with investor communications, reporting materials, and information requests* Ensure compliance with governing agreements and internal policies* Collaborate on process improvements, technology adoption, and special projects* Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc business needsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline* 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, investment operations, or related fields* Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and operational processes* Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail* Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills* Comfortable working with financial systems, business applications, and emerging technologies* Experience utilizing data, automation, AI tools, or reporting solutions to improve efficiency* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools is a plus* Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset* Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar are preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation120000 - $150000
