For the world's and people's tomorrows; the world's first, the world's best technologies and products; we will continue our part in creating a better society.Job DescriptionSPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEnforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilizationLead and manage daily plant operations to meet production targets in terms of volume, cost, and delivery scheduleEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and operational uptime is maximizedEnsure compliance with company and customer quality standards across all production processesAddress and resolve quality issues promptly using root cause analysis and corrective action processesUtilize Lean Manufacturing and 3Q6S principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiencyImplement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other operational excellence tools to improve plant performanceCollaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and partsManage inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)Develop and manage the plant's annual operating budget, analyze production data and financial reports to control costs, and take continuous improvement actionsEnsure strict compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulationsManage environmental programs, including waste disposal and sustainability initiativesFoster a positive, engaged, and high-performance work environment.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager)Proven track record of successfully improving efficiencyDemonstrated experience implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologiesStrong financial acumen and experience with budget and cost managementIn-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with ERP systems and MS OfficeSolid experience of leading a team (~100 people)LanguagesEnglish mandatory.
