Excellence in assessment and critical thinking is required. You will thrive in an environment that fosters personalized care. The team provides short-term care in a home-like setting. Friends and family can be present during the most difficult times. Nurses will focus on intensive medical end-of-life care for patients who prefer not to be hospitalized. A comprehensive approach to care includes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support. This full-time role includes an on-call requirement of two shifts per month.
