Position Overview - As a Sales & Recruiting Consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic team with business leaders, top technical experts, sales professionals, and manufacturing teams to assist in the identification, selection and attraction of key industry talent.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $45,000-$55,000 with bonuses. First year bonuses average $5,000-$15,000 for a realistic first year compensation of $50,000-$70,000.
